[Springfield, MO – November 29, 2023] – Abacus CPAs is proud to announce the addition of Dan Gross as the Director of Client Experience, a role designed to support owner/operators of McDonald’s franchises. Dan begins Dec. 1.
Dan brings in 40 years of experience in McDonald’s Corporation business, with over 25 years of operational excellence and 15 years in business development. Dan held numerous leadership roles in management across the Midwest and is known for his strategic business knowledge and exceptional track record of results.

As Director of Client Experience, Dan will work closely within the Abacus McDonald’s franchisee niche to manage client relationships, ensure processes are effectively implemented and grow a family of franchisees.
