William (Bill) Dunton is the Managing Partner of Abacus CPAs, LLC, one of the leading Certified Public Accounting firms in the Missouri region. Bill, a native of Carmel, Maine, moved to Springfield, Missouri in 1982, where he graduated with a degree in accounting from Missouri State University.

John Helms III joined Abacus CPAs in October of 2006 and then again in August of 2016. He is currently serving as a Partner for our team and oversees all departments. John specializes in Fraud, Tax, and Accounting work.
