Carol Gilley joined Abacus CPAs in February 2023 as an Analyst & Lean Six Sigma Facilitator in our Harrison, AR office. Carol is a highly experienced and dedicated professional with a passion for accounting, education, and empowering individuals to achieve their goals. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Louisiana State University at Shreveport, Carol brings a strong academic foundation to her work.

For the past 16 years, she has made a significant impact at North Arkansas College, where she served as an adjunct instructor before transitioning to the TRIO Talent Search program. In addition to her professional achievements, Carol is proud of her 27-year marriage, two wonderful sons, and two adorable grandsons.

When she’s not working, She loves exploring the outdoors through kayaking, camping, and gardening. With certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Practitioner, Mental Health First Aid USA for Youth, True Colors Conflict Navigation, and True Colors Facilitator, Carol is committed to continuous growth and delivering exceptional results.
