Get to Know Susie

Susie joined Abacus in October 2022 as part of the Abacus/Porterfield & Company merger and is now our HR Generalist. Susie was the Firm Administrator at Porterfield and had experience as a Product Manager. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry and her MBA from the University of Tulsa.

Susie is from Fayetteville, Arkansas, where she and her husband, Tom, live. In her free time, Susie enjoys walking and playing with their dog Kokie and traveling to spend time with their children, Zach and John Austin. In addition, she likes trying healthy recipes, organizing, fishing, and exploring new places.
